What percentage of your income still comes from a single traffic source?

Honest question for people doing real numbers.

I am at roughly 78% organic search across my whole portfolio and it keeps me up at night. Every time there is an update I lose a week to refreshing dashboards instead of working.

Diversifying sounds great in a forum post. In practice every attempt I have made to build a second channel has been worse ROI per hour than just publishing more content. So I keep not doing it.

Where is everyone actually at, not where do you think you should be?

91% organic. I know exactly how bad that is and I am doing nothing about it, which I think is the honest answer most people will not give.

Paid is 100% of mine, which sounds diversified until you notice it is 70% one ad account on one platform. Concentration hides inside channels too.

Email is the only thing that has ever survived a platform turning on me. It is unglamorous and it is the only asset you own.

Agency revenue, so ~60% from three clients. Different shape of the same problem.

The email point keeps coming up and I keep ignoring it. Fine. Q1 project.

Worth distinguishing between traffic concentration and revenue concentration. I have four traffic sources and one offer, which is arguably worse.
