Selling one of my portfolio sites because it is in a niche I have no appetite to keep writing about. Everything is below. Ask anything in thread, I would rather answer publicly than fifteen times in PMs.
The asset
Registered 2019, bought by me in 2022. Pet care, mostly informational, 214 published posts. No AI content — I can show the writer invoices.
Traffic, last 6 months
Sessions: 14.1k → 15.8k → 16.2k → 17.9k → 18.1k → 18.4k
88% organic search, 7% Pinterest, 5% direct. No single page over 9% of traffic.
Revenue, last 6 months
$510 · $580 · $604 · $691 · $722 · $740
All display, one network. No affiliate revenue at all, which I think is the obvious upside for a buyer — there is nothing on this site selling anything.
Costs
Hosting $19/mo · content $0 for the last four months (I stopped publishing in April) · no other recurring costs.
Price
$26,500, which is 35.8x the last month. I will take $25,000 for a clean fast close. Verified analytics and network dashboards on a call, happy to use a reputable escrow service, buyer pays escrow fees.
Why you should be suspicious
I stopped publishing four months ago and traffic still rose, which is either a healthy site coasting or a site about to flatten. I think it is the former and I would say so either way, so verify it yourself — pull the last 24 months rather than the 6 I chose to show you, and I will give you read access to do that.
