Panel listings must include

• Panel URL. A panel you will not link is not a panel
• Public API documentation, or a sample request and response in the thread
• Whether you are a provider or a reseller, and for resellers, whether your upstream is disclosed
• Live prices for your top five services
• Payment methods and your refund policy for failed orders

For child panel and panel script sales
State what the buyer actually owns, what happens to their customers if you disappear, and whether the domain is theirs.

Prohibited

• Uptime claims without an external status page or a third-party monitor
• "Cheapest on the forum" in a title, which is unverifiable and always a price war
• Selling access to a panel you do not operate
• More than one bump per 24 hours

Failed-order refunds are the single most common dispute in this section. State your policy in the listing and honour it.

The "state what the buyer owns" rule for child panels is overdue. People sell a child panel and the buyer does not realise their customer list lives on somebody else's domain.

Requiring a sample request and response weeded out at least four listings that were a screenshot of someone else's panel.
