Listings must include
- What is in the package, itemised. "Full SEO" is not a deliverable
- Live prices and the contract length
- At least one case study with a timeframe, a starting position and a cost. Anonymised is fine
- What happens if results do not materialise — refund, extension, or nothing. "Nothing" is an acceptable answer if you say it
Prohibited
- "Rank #1 guaranteed" and every variant of it
- Before/after screenshots with the dates or the domain cropped out
- Claiming results from work you did not do
- Recurring billing without stating the cancellation terms
Buyers
Ask what happens in month one specifically. Any seller who cannot describe month one in detail is reselling your retainer to somebody else, which is allowed but you should know about it.
