This forum, like every forum in the marketplace, requires an approved seller application to post a listing. Buyers can reply freely.

Listing rules

• One thread per service. A second thread for the same service gets merged into the first
• One bump per 24 hours. Bumping more often gets the thread locked for a week
• State the pool size, the type (residential / datacenter / ISP / mobile), the rotation method and the authentication method. "Premium proxies" is not a listing
• Post your prices in the thread. "PM for pricing" listings are removed
• Trial offers must state what the trial includes and whether it is free or paid

Buyer protection

• Use forum escrow for first orders. A seller who refuses escrow is telling you something
• Never move the deal to an external messaging app to "save fees". Every dispute we cannot help with started that way
• Open disputes in Dispute Resolution with dates, screenshots and the thread link

Automatic removal
Reselling another seller's pool while claiming it is your own, bandwidth claims you cannot evidence, or any listing that names and undercuts another seller in the title.

The "state the rotation and auth method" requirement raised the quality of this section noticeably. Half the old listings were three emojis and a Telegram handle.

Would add a line about trial abuse from the buyer side — sellers here get burned by people taking five trials under different names. Not a rules problem necessarily, but worth saying out loud.

Noted, and sellers are within their rights to require escrow or refuse a trial to a brand-new account. That is not discrimination, it is a reasonable precaution.
