New member from Pakistan — SMM panel owner, three years in, finally registered

Hello all. Reading this forum since 2022 and I should have made an account years ago.

Who I am
Karachi. I run an SMM panel — started with a $25 child panel in 2024, currently around $14,200/mo revenue with a 26% margin that keeps shrinking.

Why I am here now
Two reasons, both honest:

• I applied to sell in the marketplace, which required an account
• The margin problem on reselling is structural and I need people to argue with about what comes next

What I can help with
Panels, providers, payment processing in difficult regions, chargebacks, and the unglamorous side of 24/7 support.

What I need help with
Everything about building software rather than reselling it. I can run a business and I cannot ship a product.

Welcome. The margin observation in your intro is more sophisticated than most of what gets posted in Making Money, so you will fit in fine.

Welcome. I buy from panels and I would pay more for one with documentation that is not a Google Doc, if that is useful market research.

That is the third time I have heard that this week. It might be the whole product.

If you want to talk about building the software side, post in Black Hat Tools. There are three or four of us here who ship and would rather argue about architecture than marketing.

What does this look like after an update? That is where most of these fall over.
