[Free] The content P&L spreadsheet I use for all 11 sites

Companion to my P&L thread. Tracks per-site revenue, writer cost, link spend, tools and net margin, with a portfolio rollup tab.

Nothing clever in it. The value is that it forces you to enter the cost side before it will show you a profit number, which is the opposite of how most people track this.

The forced-cost-entry design choice is good. My old sheet let me admire revenue in peace.

Added a tab for per-article cost including editing. Changed which sites I think are actually good.

Using this from day one so I never get to have the comfortable version of my numbers.

This matches what I am seeing on my own sites, almost exactly.

Good write-up. The part people will skip is the boring half, which is the part that works.
