Going to say the unpopular thing: buying an account with Ads history is a short-term fix for a long-term problem, and when it goes you are back here. Nothing against the seller, the product does what it says.

Third-party trackers doing geo redirects have caused more suspensions than actual cloakers. Half the industry is running circumvention by accident.
