Lost about 70% of it. Shopping and Microsoft Ads picked up some but search demand does not wait, it goes to whoever is still bidding.

Third-party trackers doing geo redirects have caused more suspensions than actual cloakers. Half the industry is running circumvention by accident.

The "write it like an incident report" framing is right and it generalises to every platform appeal. Nobody reading appeals has the authority to agree with you about fairness.
